During the course of the transaction our approach is a pragmatic one. We think that the last thing our clients want is for the lawyers to ruin the deal. That said, disputes, both major and minor, can often arise during a property transaction. If that occurs, we use our experience to negotiate a successful outcome to minor disputes.
